TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevealEstate.ai and the Reveal Estate mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Makers Technology LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reveal Estate is a software platform that helps real estate agents and brokerages create and publish social media content based on real estate listing data. The Service provides:

  • Automated generation of social media post text and branded images from listing information
  • Notifications to agents when new content is ready for review
  • Tools to review, edit, and approve social media posts
  • Direct publishing of content to third-party social media platforms, including Instagram, on behalf of authorized users
  • Brokerage-level team coordination and engagement features

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Social Media Account Authorization

Third-Party Connections: The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (such as Instagram) to enable direct posting. By connecting a social media account, you authorize the Service to publish content to that account on your behalf.

User Control: You maintain full control over what is published. Content is only posted to your social media accounts after you approve it through the Service, unless you have enabled automatic posting.

Revocation: You may disconnect your social media accounts from the Service at any time through your account settings or through the third-party platform's settings.

Third-Party Terms: Your use of connected social media platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies that may affect the Service's functionality.

5. Listing Data

Data Sources: The Service ingests real estate listing data from MLS systems, IDX feeds, and other authorized sources to generate content.

Accuracy: While we strive to present accurate listing information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of data obtained from third-party sources. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable MLS rules, real estate regulations, and fair housing laws when using content generated by the Service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Generated Content: Text and images generated by the Service for your use belong to you. You may use, modify, and share this content for your professional purposes.

Service IP: The Service itself, including its technology, templates, and design, remains the property of Makers Technology LLC.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Brokerage Content: If you are part of a brokerage on the platform, content generated from your listings may be visible to other members of your brokerage for team coordination purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates fair housing laws
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are as described at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at revealestate.ai/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and your connected social media accounts will be automatically disconnected.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makers Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any issues arising from content posted to your social media accounts through the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makers Technology LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, content you publish, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York state. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, or as otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
